Booleans work. Building flat indices from entire indices (not result sets) works.

As a byproduct of moving booleans to the AttSearchEngine, we now have value lists associated with each meta type. This ought to clear up the FAQ How do I seed a meta type with values?.

Still need negative searching capabilities added to the AttSearchEngine so that constrainBy will work. Let me modify that. The flat indices can be used for negative searching.
